At the Project Fibonacci Foundation, we are always inspired by the incredible young minds that take part in our programs. Meet Madelyn, a 2024 STEAM Leadership Conference Scholar and ANDRO Computational Solutions Junior AI Intern, who is making waves in the world of STEAM! From her passion for science and math to her hands-on experience with AI, Madelyn is paving the way for future innovators.
“My goal is to show other kids and teens that it is possible to succeed so young,” Madelyn shares. “There are always going to be people who hold you back, but if you work hard and keep sight of your goals, you can overcome that. Maybe even one day be the one to present and inspire others.”
Madelyn is a remarkable young talent making significant strides in the STEAM fields, currently a 2024 STEAM Leadership Conference Scholar and Junior AI Intern at ANDRO Computational Solutions. With a strong passion for science and math, she is already contributing to AI projects, aiming to inspire other young minds to pursue their goals despite challenges. Her experience at the Project Fibonacci Foundation’s conference was pivotal, expanding her horizons and leading to her internship. Madelyn also enjoys chemistry and algebra, competes in STEAM competitions like Grow-NY, and manages her own business, Bareskin Cosmetics. With aspirations of a career in government or military partnerships, she acknowledges the gender challenges in STEAM but remains determined to succeed and pave the way for others. Her advice to peers is to embrace opportunities and never let obstacles deter them from their ambitions.
